The Worcester Bravehearts arrived in 2013 with a simple truth: baseball is a vehicle for change. We saw kids who wanted to play but couldn't afford equipment. Families who needed mentorship. Schools without resources to build programs. So we built We're All Hearts Foundation to remove those barriers. Today, we're breaking down obstacles in education, access to sport, and advocacy—one young athlete at a time.
